About Us
Your Vision Our Goal
The Design House is a multi‐disciplinary design consultancy firm specializing in Architectural Design and supervision, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design, production and installation, and contract administration. Our principals are all registered professionals in their fields, each with at least 15 years’ experience.
We are supported by a team of very experienced and highly trained Draftsmen, computer graphics specialists, and site technicians, capable of handling any work our clients may require. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the design process, and thus invest heavily in training, with design and render software, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and LEED Accreditation.
We provide our services to a wide range of clientele, ranging from local and regional developers, to international firms investing in projects in St. Lucia and other Caribbean islands and local and regional government.
Our integrative approach to designing promotes, as far as is possible, the inclusion of ALL stakeholders from implementing agency to end user, thus striving to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the end product. Our experience with regional building codes, guidelines and practices, blended with our knowledge and appreciation of the latest trends in construction technology, helps ensure we can make our designs future proof, thus protecting our clients from high maintenance/ renovation costs.
Our guiding philosophy is that, as the clients’ representatives, we must become personally invested in our projects, keeping a keen eye out for issues arising during the design or construction phases, and ensuring they are corrected to our complete satisfaction.
